How to remove the old wallpaper and stick a new one in the easiest way?

Removing old wallpaper:

Cut the wallpaper stuck to the wall in numerous places with a wallpaper scraper or a wire brush.
We dissolve the wallpaper remover in the right amount in water, and then wash the wallpaper surface. Thanks to the incisions, the wallpaper will soak faster and it will be easier to tear it off.
After soaking, lift the edge of the wallpaper section with a spatula and tear off the wallpaper sheet from the wall.
If some pieces of wallpaper remain on the wall, We repeat the steps again.
Washable wallpapers are covered with a thin layer, transparent vinyl layer, which facilitates washing and prevents stains. The surface of such wallpaper should be looked after regularly: vacuum with a soft brush, wipe with a damp cloth soaked in a mild detergent diluted in warm water, then wash off with warm water. A hard bristle brush can damage such wallpaper.

Permanent wallpapers require gentler treatments. Rub the dust off them with a soft brush or cloth. Clean dirty places with powdered borax, and remove the dirt with a brush. You can also try the homemade way: gently rub the stains with a ball of bread or a bread eraser.

And when it comes to sticking new wallpapers, then:

We measure the distance from the ceiling to the skirting board and add it 2-3 centimeters both from the top, as well as from below. If the wallpaper has patterns, which need to be adjusted, when cutting the next piece, we must take into account their arrangement. Once we have the first few pieces of wallpaper ready, we can spread them with glue. This must be done carefully, starting from the center of the belt and moving towards its edges. Let us be careful at the same time, so as not to stain the decorative surface of the wallpaper with glue.
Very important is, to stick the first piece of wallpaper exactly vertically. Because most walls do not have perfect right angles, it is worth using the plumb (cables with a weight) or from a spirit level. You should hold the vertical from the top and wait, until it stops moving. Then mark the points with a pencil in several places on the wall and apply a simple board or a spirit level, we connect them into a vertical line.
We stick the wallpaper starting from the top and leaving it 2-3 cm of surplus. We smooth with a flat brush from the center to the edges, to even out any bulges. The wallpaper strip should cover the corner of the room with approx. 1 cm to the adjacent wall.
You need to mark the top line of the cut and cut off the excess wallpaper. Wide, press the top to the wall with a flat brush, and then repeat the same operation when it touches the floor (with a skirting board).
Glue the second piece flush with the edge of the first, so that there is no sign of joining between them. If the wallpaper has a pattern, we need to arrange the second strip in this way, to create a continuation of patterns or pictures.
Cut the top and bottom of the second lane according to the directions from point 4, and then glue the remaining stripes of the wallpaper. The last strip of wallpaper should overlap the corner or the corner of the wall by approx. 1 cm. Let's remember, to press it down well. After finishing wallpapering, remove any traces of glue from the ceiling, cornices and a skirting board – the best for this will be clean, damp sponge.
