Roof slope, that is, the slope of the roof is determined:
• The value of the angle of the roof slope to the horizontal – expressed in degrees.
• The ratio of the height of the roof slope (h) to its base (a) expressed in a decimal fraction (h/a).
• The ratio of the height of the roof slope (h) to its base (a) expressed as a percentage.
If the roof consists of several planes, then the slopes of the slopes have to be determined separately for each of them. The recommended * slopes of the roof slopes are as follows, depending on the roofing material:
about triple asphalt roofing felt………………………………………3° (5%)-11° (20%)
o double asphalt roofing felt ……………………………….11°(20%)-22°(40%)
o steel and aluminum trapezoidal sheet………………….above 11 ° (20%)
o galvanized steel sheet ……………………………….above 17 ° (30%)
o a double-scale plain tile ………….35° (70%)-50° (120%)
about a ceramic Dutch tile…………………39° (80%) -47° (110%)
o a ceramic overlap tile …………………..35° (70%) -42° (90%)
o a ceramic tile from Marseille …………………….35° (70%)-42° (90%).
